Intro to Hoop Dance
This 60 minute introductory course explores the many things you can do with a hoop! From using your hoop as a prop to stretch & feel good, to unlocking your own creative self expression with the hoop & playing games. This class has a little of everything that hoop dance has to offer. Learn to drop down into the intelligence of your own body and master beginner hoop dance tricks to create your own unique dance experience.
Intuitive Flow
A combination of guided self-energy work and stretching; This class allows you space and guidance to drop into the intelligence of your body and move intuitively to what it needs next. This is not your average yoga class. In this class, I will lead you in movement techniques that will allow you to tune into your own energy and clear what needs to be cleared through tapping, light massage, movement meditation, and stretching.
Flow State
This 30-minute meditative, multi-level dance class explores new pathways to your personal flow using aural imagery, musicality, exploration of space, and meditative challenges to get you out of your head and into your body.
Hoop-ography
This 60-90 minute, dance style hoop class teaches you to blend hoop tricks into dance combinations to add a new element to your flow. This class is offered at the beginner level and intermediate/advanced level. This class works best as a workshop or series.
Music & Movement for Littles
Ages: 2-5
This beginner-level movement class uses music, imaginative movement, listening exercises, and musical games to build knowledge in the basic elements of dance and coordination of the body.
Barre
This multi-level fitness class uses the principles of the ballet barre to provide strength, longevity, & flexibility to the muscles. This is a 60 min fusion class that pulls from floor barre techniques, barre fitness, and traditional ballet bar exercises.
