Hometree:

A Metaphysical Teashop & Movement Studio in the making

The Hometree Dream:

Imagine with me: A small teashop/café with an open studio in the back hosting playful workshops & engaging events in dance, art, theatre & metaphysics; and a small room for divination readings and energy tending practices. Within the café space; secondhand metaphysical items, crystals, local art, & a community pantry for those who need lifting. All on the grounds of a CSA homestead, where community can come together and care for the earth, those around them, and themselves.

The Hometree dream is a community-centered ecosystem: blending tea, art, dance, reiki, and sustainable living into one intention; to nurture a more grounded, healthy, whole-hearted world. Through education, advocacy, and shared practice, Hometree aims to support everyday magic and meaningful change through community-based practices.

Our Origin Story.

It all started beneath a tree.

A massive, sprawling oak tree in the center of a small college-town park. The perfect cooling shade to protect from the suffocating Texas heat. A place where friends met up in movement to let go of heavy emotions, to celebrate, & to just be. This was what we called the “Home-Tree”.

One of those friends was a girl who lived in a tiny Treehouse.

Yes, really. A secluded space in “the Avenues” of Huntsville TX, unassuming & magical. A place where she could explore her souls deepest calling, the metaphysical. A container for art, movement & healing. A studio space that sprung a well of learning that grew into a roaring passion for the environment, healing through the arts, energy work and teaching.

You can take the girl outta the treehouse…

But you can’t take the treehouse outta the girl.
